Can I come on my own?

We encourage solo travellers for all of our retreats. With the majority of guests joining us on their own, this trip is the perfect opportunity to connect with like minded individuals who share common passions in fine cuisine, fitness, health and travel. Of course parties of all sizes are welcome, we often have couples and groups of friends which creates a fun and sociable atmosphere for the whole group.


Is everything included in the price? 

Everything is included aside from flights and transfers, mini bar, room service. Transfers should work out to around 12 euros. There may also be a supplementary day trip available on your retreat, which would be subject to additional cost. Additional personal training, massage or therapies may also be available at a cost.


Any way to lower the price?

Yes! Refer a friend to receive a £50 discount. Sharing a room with a friend will also lower the price for you.


 Of course, we tailor each retreat to every clients needs. We welcome people of all backgrounds, fitness levels and ability.

Will I be able to keep up with training? 


This is your retreat. Though we advise you get the most out of your retreat, this may mean sitting out a session if need be.

Is participation in every activity compulsory?


You only have to pay the full amount if you are booking on 1 month before we depart. Otherwise it is a 40% non-refundable payment. This payment is so we can reserve your place and your hotel room. The remainder balance is due 50 days before the retreat.

Do I have to pay the entire cost of the retreat straight away?
