About Fit Body Retreats
Fit Body Retreats is a family run business founded by personal trainers Andrew and Victoria Mitchison along with their son Joseph.
Established personal trainer and founder of Fit Body Retreats, Andrew, has been sharing his passion for the health and ﬁtness industry for over 20 years. Amongst Andrews loyal customers, he has trained lords and members of parliament, Chairmen of major banks along with many successful business owners.
Andrew’s passion for travel inspired him to start wellbeing retreats in some amazing locations in the sun as well as the UK. Besides running retreats for the past two years, he is also owner and founder of a successful bootcamp business in London, Gym In The Park, which has been growing in locations over the past 5 years. His passion for helping people to reach their ﬁtness goals lead him to create a 21 Day Fit Body Challenge which produced many success stories.

Victoria is a personal trainer who has trained many clients over the past 10 years. Victoria trained as a dancer at Arts Educational School in Tring, always being physically active and understanding how the body works personal training was a natural progression. She has a very caring and understanding nature enabling her to train people of different abilities at different stages of their life, working around injuries and making clients feel at ease.
Joseph picked up yoga during his studies on a trip to the island of St Lucia. Yoga became an integral part of Joseph's life, both on and off the mat, so much so that he left his work in the fashion industry and packed his bags for Bali. Here, he studied asanas, pranayama breathing, philosophy, meditation, anatomy, and Ayurveda on an unforgettable training course. He has built up a knowledge of yoga from his travels, practicing everything from Sivananda to Anti-Gravity Yoga. This served as a catalyst for his passions for travel, wellness, healing, fitness, dance, meditation and nutrition. Joseph will be leading yoga and meditation for Fitbody Retreats.
